Access to the areas granted in concession to the Palacrociere is permitted only:
- to holders of boarding tickets for cruise ships
- to persons authorised by the Palacrociere
- to persons included in the Ship boarding lists

Access to areas, checks by the staff
Anyone entering the areas must submit to checks by the staff in charge. If requested to do so, a valid identity document must be presented in addition to the ticket or identification card (Italian Decree-Law 154 of 15/09/2009).
